Anand Panackal is an Indian comic creator, novelist, and digital artist best known as the creator of Celbreroms, an original Indian manga-inspired comic series. He is the founder and official owner of the private creative organization Jones & Ousephs, based in Kerala, India.

Panackal is recognized for blending Japanese manga-inspired storytelling and visual aesthetics with original science-fiction themes and Indian creative influences. His work has been associated with the growing independent comic and manga movement in India.

Anand Panackal studied Computer Science and has a background in technology and digital creativity. Before entering the comic industry, he worked primarily as a novelist and writer, developing fictional science-fiction and fantasy concepts.His early interest in storytelling, futuristic worlds, and visual narratives later influenced the development of Celbreroms.

Before becoming a comic creator, Panackal initially developed Celbreroms as a written novel project. The story was originally conceptualized in prose form before later being adapted into a manga-inspired comic format.His transition from novelist to comic artist was influenced by an interest in Japanese manga storytelling techniques, cinematic panel composition, and monochrome manga art styles.

Panackal later founded Jones & Ousephs, a private creative publishing team and organization based in Kerala, India. The organization serves as the publishing and production group behind Celbreroms and related creative projects.Jones & Ousephs focuses on independent storytelling, digital publishing, manga-inspired art production, and original fictional worldbuilding.
